- Add mod support for explosion sources.
- Add friendly entity name support for mods where both modid and name match. This will help mods such as pixelmon where many names appear as pixelmon:pixelmon.
- Fix wrong target being used when explosion affected blocks.
- Fix double explosion checks. If an explosion occurs above sea level, the ‘explosion-surface’ flag will now only be used. Previously, both ‘explosion’ and ‘explosion-surface’ flag permissions would be checked.
